1 General Terms

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the aab99 platform, you must first register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number (Bangladesh), and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on aab99 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. aab99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. aab99 will never ask you to reveal your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify aab99 support immediately.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

aab99 may request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage — including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawals above certain thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. aab99 reserves the right to suspend account access pending successful KYC completion.

3 Age Restriction & Verification

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. aab99 takes its underage gambling prevention obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder may be under the age of 18.

If aab99 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to have been registered by or for a minor will be voided in full.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aab99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). aab99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

4.1 Deposits

Bank transfer deposits may take between 10 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. aab99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the aab99 finance team during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. aab99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or in cases where a security review is underway.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. If the name on your aab99 account does not match the name on your payment account, your withdrawal may be delayed pending verification. You must have satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

4.4 Transaction Records

A complete record of all deposits and withdrawals associated with your aab99 account is available in your account Transaction History at all times. 5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion details.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms, which are presented to you at the time of the offer. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered in full thirty times before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. aab99 does not retroactively change wagering requirements on bonuses already credited to a player's account.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion details will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. aab99 does not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the aab99 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account on aab99, or assisting any other person in doing so for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods. Engaging in charge-backs after winnings have been withdrawn. Providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to unfairly influence the outcome of any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to play games or place bets in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, display errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be removed from the account.
• Money laundering: Using the aab99 platform as a mechanism to launder money or to transfer proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing aab99 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.

aab99 employs automated fraud detection systems and human review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, aab99 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by aab99

aab99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or where continued operation of the account would represent a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aab99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where those funds are directly connected to the breach (for example, winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error or through use of a fraudulently funded account).

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your aab99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to your designated payment method. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

aab99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any loss of data, winnings, or profits; any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials; or any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access.

In no event shall aab99's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their aab99 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits aab99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

aab99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aab99 will notify registered players via account notification, on-platform banner, or email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will carry a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the aab99 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7.2 above.
